Section 01

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and jeetdzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing jeetdzz, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

jeetdzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice. When material changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated. Your continued use of jeetdzz following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version for all purposes. Any translated version provided for informational convenience is secondary to the English text. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Scope of Services

jeetdzz operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting players based in Bangladesh. The platform provides, but is not limited to, the following services:

• Sports betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other international sporting events
• Live casino tables including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar, powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi
• Slots and video slot games from providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Hacksaw Gaming
• Crash games including Aviator by Spribe and other provably fair instant-win titles
• Promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and tournament events
• Deposit and withdrawal processing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank

The availability of specific games, markets, or features may vary over time as jeetdzz adds, modifies, or removes content from the platform. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or provider.

Section 02

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a player account on jeetdzz, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal recreational use.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order that was placed voluntarily through jeetdzz or communicated to us in writing by you or an authorised third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of jeetdzz or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by jeetdzz for a breach of these Terms.

jeetdzz reserves the right to request age verification and identity documentation (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, and on an ongoing basis as required by our internal risk and compliance procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe will result in account restriction until verification is completed.

Section 03

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) player account on jeetdzz. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeetdzz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts. Genuine winnings from verified play may be returned to the player at our sole discretion.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. jeetdzz will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Your account security obligations include the following:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jeetdzz account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your mobile phone number to add a second layer of security to your login.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or support agents claiming to represent jeetdzz.
• Avoid logging into your account on shared, public, or unsecured Wi-Fi networks where your session may be intercepted.
• Notify jeetdzz support immediately at support@jeetdzz if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jeetdzz accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials. Any activity conducted through a player's account — whether authorised or not — is the responsibility of the registered account holder until jeetdzz has been formally notified of a suspected breach and has taken steps to secure the account.

Section 04

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

jeetdzz supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Players may use any of the following payment methods, subject to their availability at the time of transaction:

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• jeetdzz does not charge a fee for processing deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a player account within 24 hours will be returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for mobile money methods and ৳2,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within one hour for bKash and Nagad.
• jeetdzz reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawals as part of our fraud prevention procedures.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotions

jeetdzz offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. This means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying turnover before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute at a rate stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion has an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not wagered before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account.
• Players may decline a bonus by not activating it. Once a bonus has been activated, the wagering requirement applies and cannot be reversed by the player.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.

Bonus Abuse

jeetdzz actively monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-variance bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, and coordinated betting across accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, jeetdzz reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and permanently close the associated account(s).

Section 06

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a user of jeetdzz, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeetdzz:

• Opening more than one player account, regardless of the method used to circumvent duplicate detection.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the platform, including odds feeds, game interfaces, and the sportsbook.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets with advance knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting event.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical glitches to generate wins that would not occur in normal game operation. Any wins generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that constitutes or facilitates fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a deposit made to jeetdzz through your payment provider, unless jeetdzz has failed to provide the service for which payment was made.
• Attempting to access administrative areas of the platform, reverse-engineer the platform's software, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.

Violations of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and — where required by law — reporting to relevant authorities. jeetdzz cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence units where financial crime is suspected.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All content on jeetdzz — including but not limited to the platform's design, layout, source code, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, video streams, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jeetdzz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jeetdzz for your personal recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from jeetdzz without prior written permission.
• Create derivative works based on jeetdzz's content, branding, or technology.
• Use jeetdzz's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any external context — including social media, affiliate marketing, or advertising — without a current, written affiliate or partnership agreement in place.
• Frame or mirror any portion of jeetdzz on another website or application.

Game content displayed on jeetdzz — including game artwork, audio, and mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming) and is licensed to jeetdzz for display purposes only. Players have no rights over game content beyond the right to play those games through the platform interface.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

jeetdzz provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeetdzz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any of its services.

jeetdzz shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, server failures, cyberattacks, or acts beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in the settlement of sports bets caused by late or corrected results from official sporting bodies.
• Financial losses resulting from your gambling activity — whether winning or losing — as gambling by its nature involves inherent financial risk.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses caused by unauthorised access to your account.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even where jeetdzz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where jeetdzz is found liable for direct damages, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 09

Account Suspension and Closure

Closure Requested by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting jeetdzz support at support@jeetdzz with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before closing the account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.

If you are requesting account closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, please state this clearly in your request. Self-exclusion closures are treated as a priority, take effect within 24 hours, and include suppression of all marketing communications. Closure or Suspension Initiated by jeetdzz

jeetdzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other financial crime.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at jeetdzz support staff or other players.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment reversal initiated by the player without legitimate grounds.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, jeetdzz reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawal and to conduct a review of the account's betting history before releasing any funds. Funds determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity will not be returned.

Section 10

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jeetdzz's operating jurisdiction. jeetdzz makes no representation that the platform and its services are legal or available in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of jeetdzz complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, withdrawal, bonus, or any other matter related to your use of jeetdzz, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in English to support@jeetdzz with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Include your account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. Our support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request escalation to a senior member of the jeetdzz compliance team by replying to the original support thread and stating "I wish to escalate this complaint." Escalated complaints are reviewed within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: Following the escalation review, jeetdzz will issue a final written decision. This decision represents the conclusion of our internal dispute resolution process.

All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Claims submitted after this period may be declined at jeetdzz's discretion. During the dispute resolution process, both parties agree to act in good faith and to provide all reasonably requested information in a timely manner.

Bet Settlement Rules

All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) at the conclusion of the event. In-play bets are settled based on the score or result at the time the bet was accepted, not at the time it was placed. jeetdzz reserves the right to delay settlement pending official result confirmation and to void bets where an event has been abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or where clear data errors affected the odds at the time of placement.

Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino titles, by physical outcomes at the live dealer table. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round result will be determined by the game provider's server logs, which are treated as the authoritative record. jeetdzz's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the player's stake for the affected round.
